Payment & Compliance

Payment & Compliance

How payments and compliance work when you collaborate through Influencer Spotlight.

How Influencer Spotlight Works

Influencer Spotlight helps brands and creators discover each other, connect and collaborate on campaign opportunities. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Influencer Spotlight is not a party to the commercial agreement between the brand and the creator.

Payments are handled directly between the brand and the creator using their chosen external payment provider, such as Revolut, Wise, PayPal, bank transfer, Stripe invoice/payment link or another agreed method.

Each party is responsible for taxes, VAT, invoicing, accounting, employment-related obligations, reporting obligations and compliance with applicable laws in their own country.

Important

Influencer Spotlight is not a payment provider, payment intermediary, employer, agency employer, tax advisor, payroll provider or contractual party to the commercial agreement between brand and creator, unless explicitly stated in writing.

Recommended External Payment Methods

Choose the payment method that works best for both parties. Here are some popular options:

Recommended

Revolut

Fast account-to-account payments, multi-currency

Wise

Low-fee international transfers

PayPal

Widely accepted globally

Bank transfer / IBAN

Traditional bank-to-bank transfers

Stripe invoice / payment link

Professional invoicing and payment links

Other agreed method

Why we recommend Revolut

For fast international creator payments, Influencer Spotlight recommends Revolut as one of the easiest external payment methods when both the brand and creator have Revolut accounts. Revolut may allow fast account-to-account payments, multi-currency handling and lower friction for international collaborations.

Revolut is recommended as an external payment tool only. Influencer Spotlight does not process, hold, transfer or guarantee payments through Revolut.
